Job Title – Project Worker (female only*) Permanent

Job Location – Stroud

This is an exciting and varied position and involves developing and delivering a range of support services including one-to-one work and group activities within our women’s refuge and local community.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in support work and will have an empathetic and empowering approach.  You will be working in a fast paced and changing environment and will need to prioritise a busy workload while working effectively with a range of people with diverse needs including those in immediate crisis.  Having the skills to support people to overcome multiple disadvantages, build confidence, self-esteem, life-skills and achieve long term independence is of high importance to this role. Multiagency partnerships that support the safety and wellbeing of people at risk of harm are crucial and you should be able to show experience of this.

£22,777- £26,845 depending on experience

37 hours a week, generally 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
