Community Fundraising & Support
The Friends of Stroud Women’s Refuge are volunteers who make up the community fundraising arm of the charity. They organise an annual programme of events, give talks to local organisations to raise awareness about domestic abuse, and publish a quarterly newsletter for supporters.
Fundraising activities are vital to ensure our survival as the only women’s refuge in Gloucestershire and to help our organisation improve the services we offer.

Individual Support
Donations from individuals quite literally keep the lights on at Stroud Women’s Refuge. Your support, whether one-off contributions or monthly donations, covers the costs associated with providing safe accommodation for the women and children who seek our support.
